To confirm your donation and so that UA&P can send you the receipt, kindly furnish us a copy of the deposit slip via fax or email.
To ensure that your donation will go to the project of your choice, please send us also a copy of a duly accomplished donor’s form.
UA&P accepts cash or check personally through our Development Office. You may also send your check donation to UA&P via mail. To schedule check pick-up, please contact us via email or landline.
